Coaching focuses on your own free will, goals, resources and personal responsibility. I support you in getting to where you really want to be. I am convinced that every person already has everything they need for their development. As a first step, I help you to become aware of this.
Together we will go on a journey to find out what is holding you back from shaping your life according to your wishes. We dissolve obstructive beliefs and embark on a journey to discover your true potential so that you can create your individual path and follow it authentically. From this experience, you will achieve long-term positive change and ultimately your goals.

In coaching sessions, I support you in working out your goals and wishes more clearly. To do this, we take the next steps together. It is important to me to respond to you individually, which is why there is no rigid schedule. I focus entirely on you and your needs and help you to gain a new, positive perspective on possible changes.
1:1-Coaching
The sessions can take place from the comfort of your own home via telephone, Zoom or FaceTime, or in my practice.

I customise the coaching process to you and your specific situation and focus on your needs. In the first session, we will take stock of your current situation together, i.e. we will find out where you currently stand. Then we define the goal of the coaching and the number of follow-up sessions.

During the sessions, I use various methods to support you in your current situation and help you achieve greater clarity. ThetaHealing® is one of these methods. It enables valuable and very fast-acting belief and emotion work. Scientific research proves that feelings and the power of thoughts have a direct effect on our health and thus influence our physical and mental well-being.
